Because each of our products is custom made, carefully finished, and often too large or heavy for standard shipping, we do not ship through traditional carriers. Instead, we personally deliver each order to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Local pickup is also available if you prefer.

No—local delivery is included at no additional cost! We personally deliver your order within our Arizona service area so it can be handled with the same level of care that went into making it. We’ll coordinate a convenient delivery date and time with you once your order is ready.

Since our products are handmade, we take the time needed to carefully craft, finish, and inspect each item before it leaves us. We’ll keep you updated and contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup or delivery.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. At delivery, we’ll thoroughly inspect the product with you to confirm that it has arrived in excellent condition. Our warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, but it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear. You’ll receive the complete warranty information when your order is delivered.
