We know that booking home remodeling services can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve designed a simple, transparent process to guide you every step of the way—making it easy, clear, and stress-free.

1. SHARE YOUR VISION

Fill out the form below and send us photos of your current space along with an inspiration image that captures your dream design. This helps us understand your style and preferences so we can tailor our approach just for you. Photos can also be sent via text to (480) 815-1863 or emailed to Taelyn@ihrcontracting.com.

2. RECEIVE A PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE

Based on the details you provide, we’ll send you a rough estimate to give you a sense of the investment. Remember, this is only an initial figure—the final quote will follow after we take precise measurements.

3. SCHEDULE YOUR MEASUREMENT VISIT

If the estimate fits your budget and goals, we’ll set up a visit to take exact measurements. A $75 fee applies for this visit but don’t worry—it will be fully credited toward your final total once you sign with us. We charge this to respect everyone’s time and avoid delays or surprises. Having remodeled our own home, we know how frustrating unexpected costs and wasted time can be—and we’re committed to preventing that for you.

4. RECEIVE YOUR RENDERING & PROJECT PACKAGE

After measurements are complete, you’ll receive your custom rendering and full project package—this includes your detailed proposal, contract, terms and conditions, and project timeline. We’ll also provide curated selections for colors, finishes, and design details to ensure your project perfectly matches your style.

5. PROJECT BEGINS

Once the proposal is approved and your contract is signed, we schedule your start date, order materials, and begin bringing your vision to life. From day one, our team ensures everything runs seamlessly—on time, on budget, and with exceptional craftsmanship.
